8. US 123

US 123 heads toward the heart of downtown Greenville. Its most dangerous section lies between N. Washington Avenue and Wardlaw Street. This 2.1 mile portion of road has caused 86 injury crashes and 2 pedestrian/bike crashes. 

9. W. Faris Road

Located on a stretch of road that extends from Greenville to outside the city limits, W. Faris Road is a 2.6-mile roadway that has caused 71 injury accidents and 1 pedestrian/bike accident. The road’s dangerous portion is situated between Augusta Street and Anderson Road and runs near the Prisma health care complex.  

10. Grove Road
